Coast Guard Seizes Boats
CORPUS CHRISTI -- The Coast Guard seized three small motorboats fishing illegally near Corpus Christi and South Padre Island on Friday.
Coast Guard Air Station Corpus Christi spotted one of the boats within the US Exclusive Economic Zone.
In a separate incident, the Coast Guard found two more boats fishing illegally.
There was snapper and shark on board all three boats.
Law enforcement turned over the fishermen to Customs and Border Protection agents.
