Polices Rescued Man Fishing Under Coronado Bridge
CORONADO, Calif. -- A man who had been fishing under the San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge's west end fell off rocks and was rescued Sunday, Coronado police said.
A call to police at 2:20 p.m. described a man who had slipped off the rocks under the bridge and needed help.
Firefighters had to cut a fence to rescue the man, who had suffered injuries in the fall.
