No. 4 Elk Hair Caddis vs. No. 10 Hare's Ear for the title of the best pattern of fly fishing in 2011.
The two fly pattern finalists, determined by reader votes at http://challonge.com/flyfishing, were decided last week when Elk Hair Caddis held off Pheasant Tail Nymph 78-22% and Hare's Ear topped Blue Winged Olive 60-40% in the Final Four of the Tournament of Flies.
Readers can now vote for the best fly of the year (Hare's Ear or Elk Hair Caddis) by logging in with their Facebook credentials all week at http://challonge.com/flyfishing.
