Trinidad and Tobago’s Fish Prices Today


MANY NATURAL fisheries (a location to catch or rear fish) around the world have shown a decline in stock, hence the simultaneous rise in aquaculture (the cultivation of aquatic animals or plants for food).

FISHERMEN and fishmongers both agree, surprisingly, the Lenten Season did not have an effect on fish prices this year.

GROUND provision lovers breathed a sigh of relief this Easter as the prices of these Lenten Season staples have been considerably lower than on previous occasions. this especially as fish prices remained high over the last few months.

THE newly-elected president of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce Andrew Sabga believes his people skills which he has learned from his experience in business will be beneficial to the organisation.
