The Orvis outlet that has sat for years in the Log Jam Factory Outlets in Queensbury has moved across Route 9 to the big building that formerly housed Basketville.
I’ve gotten some good deals on fly fishing equipment at the outlet over the years, though its selection of fishing gear had kind of dwindled over the years (particularly line and flies) in favor of clothing after it moved to the smaller spot in the Log Jam center. Hopefully the company will look to move more fishing stuff here with more space to fill.It appears like the move is complete and there was a big sign out front that said it was “open,” but the store wasn’t open Friday night when I drove by.
